RN Case Manager - Assisted Living, Camillus Ridge, NY
Pay Rate: $45.00 /hour (Salaried) Schedule: Monday - Friday
We’re hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse Case Manager to lead our care team and
coordinate resident services at our Camillus assisted living community.
Qualifications
-
Associate’s degree with 3+ years of experience in a long-term care or assisted living
-
setting, or
-
Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of experience in long-term care
-
Experience with scheduling and staff coordination

Strong communication and computer skills

Leadership experience required
